This was our second time dining at Olivine in Auburn, and it was our friends’ first time. We recommended it to celebrate her birthday, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and the ambiance was great, everything felt thoughtful and well done. Our friend really enjoyed her first visit. The only small note I’d mention is that when I asked our server if they had desserts since it was my friend’s birthday, the initial response was that they do not give free desserts for birthdays. To clarify, I wasn’t asking for anything free. I was simply wondering if they did anything special, like adding a candle or a small “happy birthday” note, which many places around town do. After that, she did provide the dessert menu, and we chose from it. While that interaction felt a bit unnecessary, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. One person doesn’t represent the entire restaurant. I would still happily give Olivine five stars and would absolutely recommend it.
Came here for my anniversary dinner and it was fantastic. A huge thank you to our server Will - he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had great recommendations. Drinks and food were out in a very timely manner. Thank you to the amazing staff for great experience! Will be back.
We ordered the filet and the pork shank—both were absolutely divine. The drinks were top notch, and being seated outside with such a wonderful view made the evening even better. An excellent experience from start to finish. Would definitely return.
Had dinner last night and while the food was amazing, our waitress Kiara was PHENOMENAL. Best experience we have had in a long time. Will not be making another reservation without verifying she’s there!
I have to say that this is the best Italian restaurant within miles and miles. All of the dishes were excellent and, although not extensive, the drink selections were interesting and varied. Service from Javien was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful and the food came relatively quickly after we ordered. The only thing that could've gone a bit better is the scheduling of the entrees vs. the salad. All in all the experience was great and the views from the roof top were amazing. Only four stars for Atmosphere because it was a bit loud inside the restaurant. Recommend.
Food was absolutely amazing! The blistered shishitos were my favorite but everything we got was 10/10! Atmosphere was so nice and relaxing. The best part of it all was the service. Our amazing waitress, Kiara, was so sweet and fun! She treated us like friends and not just guests. She even remembered all our names, and there were 8 of us! Definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience here! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so classy and relaxing; honestly the perfect place to unwind after a long week. The staff was incredibly kind, especially my server Kiara! She made me feel so welcome and was such a joy to talk to. If you come here, definitely ask for her she’s a 15/10! I’ll definitely be back!!
4.75 ⭐️ is the sweet spot. My wife and I were anxiously awaiting to try this new roof top experience. The service is elite. The vibe is fabulous, though a bit loud if you’re not into that. Tables are in close proximity so the music drowns out convos. Drinks and food were superb.. though you’re paying for that quality. Serving sizes are very American. The funnel cake desert is special. Also, before you get concerned when showing up - it is located in a hotel and you’ll use that elevator. Cheers!
I had a wonderful experience at Olivine. The restaurant is beautiful and has such a warm atmosphere. The food was delicious. We started with the burrata and Caesar salad, which were both amazing. I had the half chicken and my husband had the NY strip, and everything was cooked perfectly. Will took great care of us and provided excellent service with true Southern hospitality. He also explained the concept of the restaurant, which we really appreciated. The cheesecake was my favorite part, it was absolutely delicious. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be the music. While it wasn’t bad, I personally would have loved something with more of a romantic Italian vibe to match the atmosphere. Overall, I loved everything and had an amazing experience. I would definitely come back.
